Honoring Grief Candlelit Sound Bath | By Donation

Grief comes in many forms—the loss of loved ones, pets, relationships, or even old versions of ourselves. This gentle candlelit sound bath offers a peaceful space to honor that grief together.

Through soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and sacred sound, you’re invited to release, rest, and find solace in community. Light a candle, sit or lay in comfort, and allow yourself to simply be.

This offering is by donation and open to all. Chairs, pillows, and blankets are provided so you may choose the support that feels best for you.

Held in the yoga space at Eight Lotus Wellness

This is a 45-minute session by donation. Please share!
There is a Slow Flow Hip Yoga class after, at 6pm, so maybe you want to plan to attend that as well- movement is medicine!
